The Faculty of Technical Medical Sciences, a constituent part of the University of Medicine, Tirana, is one of the most important institutions in the country for educating health professionals in technical and nursing fields. This faculty offers study programs across all three university cycles: Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Doctorate, covering fields such as nursing, midwifery, physiotherapy, laboratory technology, speech therapy, and imaging technology.
The academic programs are structured in accordance with the Bologna Charter and are harmonized with the requirements of regional countries and the European Union. The faculty is active in scientific research and publishes its own scientific journal, “Contemporary Medicine and Nursing.”
