Today, on June 26, 2025, the University of Medicine, Tirana, organized a meeting with Emina’s Hand Foundation, in collaboration with ACMS, held in the Academic Senate Hall.
In his welcoming speech, the Rector of the University of Medicine, Tirana, Prof. Dr. Xheladin Draçini, emphasized the importance for the university of engaging in building new partnerships that strengthen the practical and international components of education in the field of healthcare. He expressed gratitude for the contribution of Ms. Emina Çunmulaj and appreciated her dedication to supporting young people who aim to pursue the path of knowledge and professional development.
During this meeting, Ms. Çunmulaj offered 6 scholarships, based on merit and need, for students of the University of Medicine, Tirana, as part of the “(Ex)change the world” program, which will fully support the professional internships of 6 students from the “General Medicine” study program in Portugal, Lithuania, Romania, Turkey (2), and Italy.
This activity focused on supporting professional student exchanges and creating new opportunities for international collaborations.
