The documents are accepted in original or photocopied form at the Office of Scientific Research, Academic Promotion and Communication at the Rectorate of UMT. After their validity is confirmed by the secretaries of the respective faculties, the documents are signed and stamped with a special confirmation stamp by the Rector or Vice Rector of the University of Medicine, Tirana.
