Komisioni i Përheshëm i Promovimit të Personelit Akademik është një organ kolegjial që ka përgjegjësinë për vlerësimin dhe promovimin e stafit akademik në përputhje me aktet ligjore në fuqi. Komisioni përbëhet nga 15 anëtarë.

This commission is tasked with ensuring a fair and transparent process for the promotion of academic staff and supporting their continuous development. Its duties are oriented towards the assessment of academic and research quality, ensuring that promotions are carried out in accordance with the criteria set forth in the respective regulation of the commission.

The Commission is committed to ensuring a fair, transparent, and impartial process. This commitment includes the equal treatment of all candidates.

The mission of the Permanent Commission for the Promotion of Academic Staff is to ensure a fair, equal, and transparent process for the promotion of academic staff, by evaluating their achievements and contributions in the academic, scientific, and professional fields. It aims to maintain academic standards and enhance quality within the higher education institution.
