Today, on June 26, 2025, the Rector of the University of Medicine, Tirana, Prof. Dr. Xheladin Draçini, held a special meeting with Ms. Emina Çunmulaj, founder of Emina’s Hand Foundation. Emina’s Hand Foundation.
