The Rector of the University of Medicine, Tirana, Prof. Dr. Xheladin Draçini participated in the First International Congress on Art and Education, organized by the University of Arts.
In his welcoming speech, Prof. Dr. Draçini emphasized the importance of art in individual formation and social development, as well as the need for interdisciplinary dialogue between scientific knowledge and artistic creativity.
