The GRADUA project, which is funded by the European Union's Erasmus+ Program, will support Albanian universities by creating an integrated supply-demand model based on graduate database data, through: collecting data related to their performance; facilitating cooperation between Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) and businesses; facilitating the positioning of graduates in the labor market.

The implementation of this project will help organize information, thus allowing for continuous and effective monitoring of the training system and the labor market, their connection, and the prediction of skills needed in the future, to best adapt to this market.
