The GRADUA Project, funded by the Erasmus+ Program of the European Union, will support Albanian universities by creating an integrated demand-supply model based on data from the graduates' database, through: collecting data related to their performance; facilitating cooperation between Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) and businesses; and easing the positioning of graduates in the labor market.

The implementation of this project will help organize information, thus allowing for continuous and effective monitoring of the training system and the labor market, their connection, and the prediction of skills needed in the future, to best adapt to this market.
