Graduates Advancement and Development of University capacities in Albania (GRADUA)

The GRADUA Project, funded by the Erasmus+ Program of the European Union, will support Albanian universities by creating an integrated demand-supply model based on data from the graduates' database, through: collecting data related to their performance; facilitating cooperation between Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) and businesses; and easing the positioning of graduates in the labor market.

The implementation of this project will help organize information, thus enabling continuous and effective monitoring of the training system and labor market, their connection, and forecasting the skills required in the future to best adapt to this market.

The GRADUA Project will support Albanian universities in creating the integrated demand-supply model, through:

  1. Collecting and analyzing data on the performance and university of graduates, generating reliable, continuous, and up-to-date documentation for the assessment of the Higher Education system in support of ongoing reform processes;
  2. Facilitating cooperation between higher education institutions and the business world (IT online services will be developed and made available to both graduates, university staff, and business companies);
  • Facilitating the positioning of graduates in the labor market.
