Consultative Meeting at UMT Focusing on the Development of the Executive Master’s Program in Pharmaceutical Management and Leadership
The meeting was organized with the participation of the Rector, Prof. Dr. Xheladin Draçini, the Vice-Rector and simultaneously Head of the Pharmacy Department, Prof. Dr. Suela Këlliçi, as well as the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Prof. Dr. Margarita Gjata.
The meeting was attended by the academic staff of UMT and representatives of pharmaceutical businesses.
During the meeting, the following topics were discussed:
The current needs and challenges of the pharmaceutical sector in terms of management and leadership
The importance of professional training and certification to develop qualified specialists in pharmaceutical management, aligned with the needs of both the local and international markets
The development of a program oriented towards practical skills and the labor market
UMT remains committed to contributing to the professional and scientific development of pharmacists and other public health professionals.
