Exchange Opportunities within the Erasmus+ Program

Erasmus+ is a European Union program that supports education, training, youth, and sports, offering opportunities for student and staff exchanges for internships, training, and international collaboration. Main documents for applying for Erasmus+ mobility, for staff (academic/administrative):

  1. CV in English in Europass format;
  2. Photocopy of passport;
  3. Motivation letter in English;
  4. Mobility plan (varies depending on the call);
  5. Employment verification/permission from the direct supervisor
  6. Certificate proving foreign language proficiency

Main documents for applying for Erasmus+ mobility, for students:

  1. CV in English in Europass format;
  2. Photocopy of passport;
  3. Motivation letter in English;
  4. Student verification
  5. Mobility plan (varies depending on the call);
  6. Transcript of records (translated into English and notarized)
