–Pyetje: How long before an activity takes place should we apply for accreditation?

–Përgjigje: Të gjithë ofruesit e aktiviteteve të edukimit në vazhdim duhet të dorëzojnë dosjen e aplikimit pranë QZHP-së jo më vonë se 30 ditë përpara datës së zhvillimit të aktivitetit. Për shembull,  për një aktivitet që planifikohet të zhvillohet në datën 10 mars, aplikimi duhet të bëhet brenda datës 10 shkurt.-

-Pyetje: How much time, from the submission of the application file, is needed to make a decision on whether or not to accredit the activity?

-Përgjigje: The CDP carries out the activity assessment process and decides whether or not to accredit the activity within 30 days from the date of application. For example, if the application is submitted on February 10, the accreditation decision is made and announced no later than March 10.

-Pyetje: Can I apply again for the same activity that was once denied accreditation?

–Përgjigje: Yes. If you take into account the shortcomings noted by the CDP and reflect them in the second application file, then the activity can be accredited.     

–Pyetje: If the activity I offer is funded by a pharmaceutical company, how can I carry out pharmaceutical promotion without causing a conflict of interest?

–Përgjigje: In such a case, any promotional material or activity is permitted as long as it is presented or conducted outside the educational activity setting and outside its program. The use of a satellite symposium is a good way to avoid a conflict of interest.

–Pyetje: During scientific presentations, it is often necessary to mention the names of medications as part of the treatment of various diseases. How can a conflict of interest be avoided in this case?

–Përgjigje: Of course, the use of drug names is inevitable in many of the medical topics presented in continuing education activities. Be careful to use only the generic name and not the trade name of the drug.    

–Pyetje: In the case where foreign lecturers will participate in the activity, and some of the teaching materials are in a foreign language, can they be included in the application file in a foreign language or not?

-Përgjigje: QZHP accepts teaching materials in foreign languages.

-Pyetje: Për trajnimet që përsëriten, a duhet të aplikoj për akreditim sa herë që përsëritet aktivitetit?

-Përgjigje: Jo. Nëse një aktivitet përsëritet disa herë, pa ndryshuar programin, kurrikulat ose trajnerët, atëherë aplikimi për akreditim duhet të kryhet vetëm një herë. Kreditet e njohura për këtë aktivitet janë të vlefshme për sa kohë që aktiviteti përsëritet nga i njëjti ofrues.

Do not forget that in these cases, the activity provider must submit a written notice, stating the location and date, and the activity program to the CDP at least 7 days before the next activity.
