The Procedure for Verifying and Confirming Documents Issued by the University of Medicine, Tirana
Documents are accepted in original or photocopy at the Office of Scientific Research, Academic Promotion, and Communication at the Rectorate of UMT. Once their validity is confirmed by the secretariats of the respective faculties, the documents are signed and stamped with a special confirmation seal by the Rector or Vice-Rector of the University of Medicine, Tirana. Duration of the procedure
– 10 working days for in-country internships
– 20 working days for internships abroad.
Service
1. For students and graduates from the three Faculties of the University of Medicine, Tirana, who make a request for document verification at the Rectorate of the University of Medicine, Tirana, the fee is 600 Lek. Download invoice.
2. For students or graduates located outside the territory of the Republic of Albania, who request document verification via postal service (they must attach their written request, signed, along with the necessary documentation for verification). For this category, the fee calculated on the EMS express mail service of the Albanian Post for countries outside the territory of the Republic of Albania, divided into four zones, applies.
3. For various institutions located outside the territory of the Republic of Albania, who make an official request for verification of academic documents for students or graduates from the three Faculties of the University of Medicine, Tirana, the fee is calculated based on the EMS express mail service rates for countries outside the Republic of Albania, divided into four zones.
